My ideal clients are adolescents, teens, and adults who've often felt "too much" or "not enough" for spaces that weren't built with them in mind. Many are neurodivergent, deeply feeling, or carrying grief about the world around them. They come to me during hard transitions, tender relationships, or big emotions that need room to breathe.
Together, we go at your pace, using nature and the calm companionship of Luna, my therapy chihuahua, to build a space where you don't have to mask. From there, we grow real tools for regulation, self-trust, and connection.
I offer affirming, compassionate therapy in natural spaces near your home, anywhere within 30-minutes of Denver, or via telehealth. Whether online or in person, I approach healing on the individual, relational, communal, and ecological level. My therapy Chihuahua, Luna, can join outdoor sessions to offer animal-assisted processing of big emotions.
