My clients are adults navigating depression, anxiety, burnout, big life transitions, or disconnection from self. Many are exploring late-diagnosed ADHD or autism and learning to unmask and reconnect with their inner knowing. Others simply are craving the space to figure out who they are becoming. They come to me wanting more than an office and a couch, they want care that meets them outdoors, in a natural space, near their own home. I meet them there, within 30-minutes of Denver, pairing trauma-responsive therapy with fresh air, and inviting my therapy dog Luna along for sessions when animal-assisted support feels right.
I offer affirming, compassionate therapy in natural spaces near your home, anywhere within 30-minutes of Denver, or via telehealth. Sessions blend person-centered existential, and somatic-based nature work with the grounding presence of the outdoors, and Luna, my therapy Chihuahua, can join to support animal-assisted processing of big emotions.
If you have been carrying more than you can name - exhaustion, disconnection, or the quiet ache of not feeling like yourself - you don't have to sort it out alone, and you don't have to do it in a sterile room.
