By meeting you where you are you gain coping skills with mindfulness cognitive therapy and a person treatment plan to inspire and motivate sustainable effective change and help you find your True North.
Helping you understand your adverse childhood experiences and how your past affects your present I engage in a positive, motivational, faith based (when requested) approach derived from experiences. Through Trauma integrated therapy and evidence-based practices I guide you to build skills and gain power to establish a safe environment and get unstuck.
