I am trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, Mindfulness, Relaxation Techniques and other evidence based treatments. My clinical experience includes treating Depressive Disorders, Anxiety Disorders, Mood Disorders, Personality Disorders and other personal and interpersonal related issues.
