My intentions are to help others become empowered and discover their self worth. I am always respectful, genuine, and non-judgmental in my approach. Sometimes you just need to be heard to sort thoughts/life situations out, or you may be ready to start your journey to heal from the past. Perhaps it's time to learn strategies to manage daily stressors, or work on repairing family and/or couple issues. I hope to be able to provide the quality support needed.
For many years, I have worked with both adults and youth providing Individual, Family, and Couples Therapy. I have experience in Trauma Informed and Person Centered Care, Motivational Interviewing, Family Systems, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I also assist with assessments, consultation, navigating systems, and linking to additional resources.
I am the owner of Private Practice SP Clinical Services LCSW, PLLC. I provide Individual, Family, and Couples Therapy. I also can assist in assessments and consultation.
