I am a Christian therapist who walks alongside others who have experienced narcissistic abuse, relational trauma, sexual abuse, spiritual abuse, or life loss. I've walked others through exploring harmful dynamics in the church and in the family, as well as those grieving a loss through death or abandonment.
I have over 25 years of experience in the areas of grief, trauma and abuse. I offer relational psychotherapy (talk therapy) and EMDR to address trauma—whether one incident or life-long. I also help clients to understand how spiritual warfare plays a part in keeping us stuck and how we can move into greater freedom.
