My services focus on providing neurodivergent-affirming, trauma-informed, and integrative counseling for adolescents and adults. Sometimes, even with great self awareness, we can feel stuck or feel like we're failing. Getting from recognition to integration is one of the hardest leaps to make in therapy and it's also the best place to be for the most growth! That's where I like to meet my clients, in that middle place between knowledge and application.
I typically work with individuals who are reflective, creative, or spiritually curious, and who are seeking greater clarity, self-understanding, and connection with themselves. My clients are usually deep thinkers who are interested in more than quick solutions and want to learn to thrive for the long term.
My style is warm, collaborative, and insight-oriented. I listen closely for both what is said and what may be harder to put into words, and I use thoughtful questions to help clients make sense of their experiences in a deeper way. I use an integrative approach, choosing research based therapies to support individual client needs.
