Counseling is an ideal conduit for God to bring hope and restoration into our lives. With my years of experience working with families, children, and individuals, I believe that God has equipped me with many tools to facilitate a trusting and safe environment for healing to begin. Amid confusion, my desire is to help you distinguish God’s voice of truth and reason.
I am trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, Mindfulness, Relaxation Techniques and other evidence based treatments. My clinical experience includes treating Depressive Disorders, Anxiety Disorders, Mood Disorders, Personality Disorders and other personal and interpersonal related issues.
