As an experienced LCSW and LCDC, being a therapist with an honest approach with my clients is important to me. I believe in providing good therapeutic experiences for clients. My experiences include providing services to clients with mood disorders, the LGBTQIA+ community, clients with gender dysphoria, trauma history, and those affected by addiction issues. I am EMDR Certified and utilize it frequently with my clients for trauma. I am Certified by World Professional Assoc. of Transgender Health (WPATH) with the Standards of Care (SOC) 8. I also work with veterans through The Headstrong Project Clinician working with veterans.
I assist clients with mood disorders, including depression, anxiety, and bi-polar diagnosis. My experience with transgender clients and LGBTQ+ began in 2007 working for non-profit organizations. Services for transgender clients with gender dysphoria and are transitioning, through individual sessions as I follow the most current SOC by WPATH.
I am Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) and will help you through the DOT SAP process. I conduct alcohol and drug evaluations, SALCE assessments, DWI/DUI out of state evaluations. Resources are provided to assist you with your SAP process and educational classes.
