Hello! I want to applaud you for looking for help. We all can benefit from help with our mental health. As a clinician, my goal is to assist you in overcoming issues which prevent you from flourishing. If life is overwhelming you, we will begin by building on your present strengths with new skills and insight. Should longstanding patterns of unhelpful thoughts and/or behavior be an issue, I am attachment focused, trained in EMDR, trained in IFS, and am willing to walk with you in rooting out the issues holding you back.
I have many years of experience in health care and mental health. I also have a lot of life experience, leading to a compassionate approach for women of all ages. My practice is focused on addressing the experiences in our lives which have affected one's well-being, triggered unhealthy coping strategies, and/or resulted in feeling "stuck."
