Over the past 20 years, I have been providing mental heath counseling and behavioral health support to individuals and families ages 10-60 yrs old in various levels of care. I enjoy helping adolescents and adults navigate through challenges due to experienced trauma, relationship distress, anxiety, depression, ADHD, safety concerns and life adjustments.
