My approach focuses on the mind-body connection which will give you immediate relief. I have 27 years experience and bring that knowledge to make sure that you leave the first session with tools that give you immediate relief. There is no need to continue to feel stressed and overwhelmed any longer. I focus on building your self awareness and ability to control how you react to stress through becoming mindful of your needs environment and thought process.
