As a therapist, I don’t come into the room assuming I have the answers. I come with curiosity, training, and deep respect for your lived experience. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, or anything else on your plate — my role is to help you explore, understand, and navigate what’s happening without judgment.
I’m an LCSW, trained in TF-CBT and Trauma Systems Therapy, but more importantly, I’m a human who deeply believes in walking alongside others through the hard, complicated, beautiful parts of life. Trauma can shake your sense of safety — in yourself, in others, in the world. Healing from trauma isn’t about “getting over it” — it’s about learning how to live.
