As individual and couples therapists, we specialize in supporting individuals and couples of color on their journey toward healing, emotional well-being and reconnection.
We'll work together to uncover past wounds, unpack trauma, and develop tools to embrace a strong sense of self while cultivating peace and fulfillment. In couples therapy, we’ll support you in breaking unhealthy cycles, improving communication, healing attachment wounds, and rebuilding trust to create a solid foundation for a healthy relationship.
