Chances are that you are here because something is not working in your life. Perhaps it’s a problematic relationship or general self doubt. Maybe you feel stuck and want help changing old patterns. Whatever the case, I recognize the courage it takes to look within and hope to meet you there with compassion, curiosity, and support. With over a decade of experience as a yoga teacher, I have special expertise in the mind-body connection. As a multilingual, mixed race clinician, I am aware of cultural intersections that might be part of your struggle.
My approach is dynamic and integrative. I emphasize therapy as a transformative process that requires honest self-reflection in a supportive environment. From symptom reduction to deep self-awareness, my clients find that our work together ultimately allows for more ease in living life authentically and meaningfully.
I completed my clinical internship at Stanford University and a postdoctoral fellowship at Georgetown University. I have a particular interest in working with folks in transition, such as students and young professionals, as well as those who might be struggling with finding balance in life. Please reach out if you would like to connect and find out more.
