Healing often happens when we move beyond "knowing" and begin "feeling." Many people I work with share that, from the outside, they may appear to have it all together. Yet inside, there might be a persistent feeling of inadequacy or a critical voice saying that you aren’t quite "enough." You may have even tried therapy before and walked away with a helpful intellectual understanding of your past, while still feeling as though your daily life and emotional reactions haven't fully shifted.
I work with clients who are looking to bridge that gap. My approach is deeply trauma-informed and individualized to your unique needs. I incorporate a blend of specialized techniques including: Somatic Therapy, Parts Work, Mindfulness, and Brainspotting. I value in-person connection and offer in-person sessions in DC, as well as virtual sessions.
