Counseling is a life calling for me. I work diligently to see hurting people reclaim their lives and be restored to their best selves. I received my Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Maryland-College Park. I specialize in individual, couples and family counseling. I aid clients in the resolution of trauma, grief, depression, anxiety, stress management, relationship conflict, spiritual confusion, attachment issues and racial identity issues.
My practice utilizes various tools including: empathy, CBT, narrative therapy, inner child work, the P.A.I.N. model, Gottman theory, strategic and solution-focused family therapy and spiritual exploration. My clients experience a wholeness approach that intersects clinical practices and faith.
