TELETHERAPY AVAILABLE My ideal client is someone who is coping with anxiety, depression, chronic illness, ADHD, grief, troubled relationship and family dynamics, developmental delays, LGBTQ and trauma issues. Any of these listed conditions or situations can negatively impact my clients’ ability to navigate daily living. So a successful client would be open to change and willing to try new approaches to collaborate with me in order to identify and verbalize their needs and goals and develop a plan to obtain these goals.
I provide support to clients as they adjust to phases of life, interpersonal relationships, and trauma. I have many years experience working with families, parenting and early childhood development. Overall, I help support the client and work with them on their ability to identify their feelings, improve communication and establish healthy boundaries.
Life is complex, often we put ourselves last waiting for “someday”. The reality is we continually move the goalpost and never address what is keeping us from realizing the life we want. I want to collaborate with my clients to foster self-awareness and coping skills that will lead them towards finding and maintaining their best, healthy self.
