My approach is trauma focused, using EMDR and Structural Dissociation Theory, Equine Assisted Psychotherapy, Harm Reduction and Motivational Interviewing. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, with a Master's of Social Work, from the University of Hawai'i, specializing in Mental Health.
I am EAGALA certified, EquiLateral certified, a PATH-CTRI, have a certification in Harm Reduction Therapy, I am completing my EMDR certification in July of 2023 and have completed advanced trainings in complex trauma, specializing in Structural Dissociation Theory
