About
I work with teens and adults struggling with anxiety, work/school and relationship issues. My specialization, however, is in marriage & family therapy using a systems approach and many methods introduced by John Gottman. I'm advanced trained in Discernment counseling as well. Finally, I work on the entire spectrum of relationships from dating to pre-marital to transitions or divorce. I also provide parenting coaching. I am also trained as a divorce mediator and help many people with parenting plans.
I love working with couples and families. I've trained in marriage & family therapy in graduate school, through internship supervision and through many post-degree trainings. I've completed through level 2 in the advanced Gottman training and the advanced training in Discernment Counseling.
I am an expert in clinical hypnosis; I have co-authored 2 books and I teach hypnosis to other professionals.
In addition to being a licensed psychologist, I have both specialized training in coaching and experience providing coaching and consultation to management and HR. I am trained in divorce mediation.
