Vape Free Teens-Nicotine Virtual Cessation Group
Vape Free Teens is a structured 8-session virtual group for high schoolers who are experimenting with or regularly using e-cigarettes. Led by a licensed counselor with specialized training in substance use, this group uses — Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness — to help teens understand their own patterns, build real coping skills, and create a personal quit plan that actually fits their life. Sessions meet weekly via secure telehealth. Each session is 60 minutes and designed to feel more like an honest conversation than a class. No lectures, no shame, no pressure.
