Sleep is essential to our physical and mental health. Despite the importance of sleep, many youth experience sleep problems such as difficulty falling asleep or staying asleep. Others may experience anxiety around bedtime or during the night. Using a telehealth platform, I work with families whose children and teens are experiencing sleep issues. I also work with youth who are experiencing anxiety and those exhibiting disruptive behaviors.
I collaborate with families whose infants, toddlers, children, and teens are experiencing sleep issues such as difficulty falling asleep, waking up at night, bedtime fears or worries, and challenges with bedtime routines and schedules. I also work with children experiencing anxiety symptoms, oppositional behaviors, and inattention/hyperactivity.
