I am passionate about helping others explore and discover their authentic self. Many of the issues I see in my practice include codependent relationships and conflict with boundary setting, life cycle transitions, anxiety, and the development of a sense of self. There is a need for self-care, assistance with life events, emotion regulation, and self-discovery.

We will assess these areas and create a treatment plan inspired by me and the client. I truly believe the client is the expert in their own life, and through psychoeducation and the integration of new skills, the client can become who they genuinely want to be. The approaches used throughout the process vary per client and depend on current needs.

I am passionate about hearing your story and helping individuals, couples, and families explore their sense of self and identify past trauma. Once we explore these areas and identify our emotions, the real work begins in therapy. I genuinely enjoy being a student and am committed to creating a safe, open space for each client.
