I've worked in the healthcare system and community supporting people experiencing domestic violence, rape, and crisis. I've sat with people who have lost a loved one and youth in juvenile detention centers. I regularly work with people on their anxiety, depression, and relationships. Together, my clients and I build on the strengths they already have.
Therapy is designed to help learn more about your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors as you go through different life experiences. Whether you're looking to heal from abuse, improve your relationship, overcome addiction, or navigate cultural differences.
