I specialize in EMDR therapy for the treatment of trauma, PTSD, high emotionality, Borderline Personality traits, and mood disorders. I have extensive experience working with men's mental health and domestic violence. I have a warm, safe and compassionate approach. My clients are resilient, often trauma survivors, and possess a high level of intelligence. They have an intrinsic understanding of their needs but may require guidance or a supportive space to overcome obstacles and progress in their journey. I am here to foster a secure and supportive environment where you can delve into your deepest thoughts, emotions, and experiences.

I specialize in Trauma Therapy, and I integrate EMDR and Trauma-focused CBT, DBT, IFS. I work with a range of issues, from trauma, abuse, anxiety and depression to relationship conflicts, BPD traits and life transitions. I work with men and women, young adults and families. I provide OCD therapeutic interventions.

I truly believe that healing happens in connection — when you feel seen, understood, and accepted just as you are. My multicultural background deeply shapes the way I approach therapy — with curiosity openness, and respect for each person’s unique story.
