Eastend Individual and Family therapy offers a holistic and integrative model of care. I am a licensed clinical social worker with 30 years of clinical experience as a individual and family therapist in mental health. My experience includes clinical practice in Hospital Settings, Pediatric Primary Health Care and in Family Medicine. I working with individuals, children, adolescents,couples and families.
My areas of specialty include therapy to treat anxiety, depression, mood disorders, relationship issues, peer, school: attention/focus difficulties, parenting, self-esteem, grieving/loss and adjusting to life transitions.
My practice is integrative and holistic in treatment. I am able to provide therapy with collaborative specialties such as Clinical Nurse Specialists in psychiatry, functional medicine practitioners and primary care physicians. I am able to coordinate referrals,if needed, for overall wellness and stabilization of mood with psychotherapy.
