I have spent the majority of my career working to treat individuals and families affected by addiction and co-occurring disorders. I utilize an eclectic and integrative approach to therapy, incorporating Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), 12 Step Facilitation Therapy as well as Reality Based treatment techniques.
I am also a Certified Clinical Supervisor and can offer LPC or LCSW supervision for anyone in the licensure process.
