As a LMHC, I have worked with sexually abused women, eating disorders, and trauma. As a coach, I was trained by Debbie Ford (NY Time Best Selling author of 9 books) in integrative coaching and shadow work. Shadow work is becoming known as one of the most effective transformational modalities of our time.
As a coach and therapist, I have transformed myself many times. Over the course of my life, I have overcome an eating disorder, moved from co-dependent relationships to a thriving and loving marriage, left a 10 yr. unfulfilling job and changed careers and have used my past to empower myself.
