Groups
In Recovery Eating Disorder Group
This is an experiential eating disorder support group for people in recovery. The group will be a mixture between processing and other group activities like art therapy, ACT, and body image work. Group will be held in person starting Friday, March 24th from 2:30-3:45pm and run every 2 weeks. I ask for members for a 3 month/6 session commitment at $60 per session, and it is up to the group to decide if they want to continue meeting.
