I work with adults and teens using interpersonal and cognitive-behavioral therapies. My clinical interests include: 1) Women with anxiety, depression, and relationship difficulties 2) Peer and romantic relationship issues 3) ADHD & learning differences 4) Autistic Women

This Support group offers connection, psycho-educational, and neurodiverse affirmative support with like-minded Adult Women / Nonbinary individuals. Topics include sensory overstimulation, social anxiety, executive functioning, making and maintaining friendships, relationships, identity, personal challenges, self-acceptance, and developing confidence in yourself. We will explore ways to build on one's strengths in an empathic, caring, and safe environment. With the support of others, it's possible to find a place of belonging and understanding. The group meets online and is for residents of Maryland, DC, and Virginia. Self-identifying people are welcome! I look forward to hearing from you!
