Many of us find ourselves battling depression, anxiety, interpersonal problems, trauma, and loss. My sessions offer nonjudgmental, confidential support. My specialization is providing evidence-based, best practice, Trauma Informed Approach, CBT and DBT.
With years of experience working in an inpatient medical setting, including Oncology and Emergency Medicine, I am very familiar with supporting individuals of all ages as well as families dealing with issues related to chronic/terminal illnesses, grief, and loss.
I create an environment to support clients in finding reassurance from unhelpful thinking patterns and behaviors which keep them from having a good life. In facilitating treatment, I assist clients in identifying achievable goals and utilizing their character strengths to create long-standing change.
