Parent Support Group- Parents of Neurodiverse Kids
A group for parents and kids to create community, learn practical skills, and talk neurodivergence where you don’t have to filter yourself or your child. You will learn: Tools and skills to connect with and support your kiddos, How to understand what is going on inside the brain of your kiddo, How to help with your own dysregulation, overwhelm, and burnout. We will start virtually on November 4th, 2026 at 7 PM. Total cost is $350 for the full 8 sessions.

Those Diagnosed with Neurodivergence as Adults
A group to create support and community for those that are processing a late diagnosis of ADHD, ASD, and/or diagnoses under the neurodiverse umbrella. We will discuss: Symptomatology, processing styles, and emotions around your diagnosis; Practical tools and art based skills to manage emotions and express yourself; and Movement based activities to help with regulation and expression. We will start virtually on October 16th, 2026 at 3 PM. Total cost is $400 for the full 8 sessions.
