About
Are you experiencing a nagging feeling that your life is not aligned with your true self or with where you want it to be heading? Are you feeling lost, stuck, or unhappy? I am a Licensed Psychologist with 14+ years of experience who provides individual therapy primarily to the adult population. I work with clients with a variety of clinical issues and specialize in mood disorders, anxiety, life transitions, family of origin, relationships, self-esteem, loss of purpose, and LGBT-related issues.
My approach involves meeting each client where they are at, identifying barriers or problem points, and then joining with them in the process of achieving their optimal emotional and existential wellness. I utilize an integrated approach to therapy, drawing primarily from CBT, Narrative, ACT, and Object Relations theories.
