You don’t need to have it all figured out to start therapy. Many of the clients I’ve worked with have felt overwhelmed by the demands of others struggling with anxiety, burnout, or a sense of disconnection from themselves. In our work together, we focus on building boundaries, gaining clarity, and reconnecting with your sense of self. My goal is to help you feel empowered to prioritize your well-being and begin living in alignment with your own values. This is your life, and you deserve to feel at home in it.
I meet clients where they are, creating space for curiosity, growth, and real change. I draw from person-centered therapy and cognitive-behavioral approaches to help reframe unhelpful thoughts and build healthier patterns. I’m also trained in Brainspotting, a powerful mind-body technique that helps access and process stored emotional pain.
As your counselor, I believe that you deserve to feel grounded, seen, and whole. Therapy can be a space to breathe, reflect, and sort through the noise. It can be a space to reconnect with your truth. The first step is brave, and I’d be honored to walk beside you as you take it.
