I help people understand the deeper roots behind feelings and process the complexities of trauma (including family, race, immigration, & gender-based violence), while learning tools that make the day-to-day easier. I also specialize in anxiety, OCD, mood disorders (including bipolar), executive dysfunction, disordered eating, complex trauma, & body image.
Therapy can be a space of transformation and hope, which requires us to challenge embedded colonial structures. My identity as a queer South Asian immigrant informs my intersectional and anti-oppressive approach to therapy and how I help clients feel comfortable bringing all versions of themselves.
