I believe that understanding and embracing one’s body and relationships is a vital part of emotional well-being.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based. I integrate a variety of modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, somatic therapy, and trauma-informed care, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
