My goal is to provide a safe and therapeutic relationship with my clients that allow them to pursue better mental health. Every person is experiencing a different walk of life but we all share that there are setbacks and difficulties that sometimes get overwhelming. I would love to help my clients organize their thoughts, set goals and help them make the changes they want for their lives.
I have worked the past 11 years with children and families in areas of PTSD, Family systems issues, addiction, abuse, ADHD and everything in-between. I have also had the pleasure of working with other therapist and gained much wisdom and experience.
I provide an open minded and nonjudgmental space in which to explore triggers, trauma, and fears in order to continue my clients moving forward. I hope to be that resource for my clients!
