I use a variety of treatment styles like CBT, DBT, EFT, EMDR, and Yoga Nidra. I practice in Montana, Idaho, and Washington.

Duration of therapy depends on the nature and complexity of the concerns you are bringing in, as well as the pace at which individuals are able to create meaningful change.
