My therapeutic lens is anti-racist, decolonial, intersectional feminist, and Buddhist. I recognize systemic social and political harms that cause suffering. I combine trauma-informed relational psychotherapy with modalities such as CBT, DBT, Brainspotting, and Mindfulness to help you address past experiences that affect your day to day feelings and actions.
If you're trans, queer, or BIPOC and struggling, you're in the right place. I will meet you at the intersection of all the different ways you show up in the world. Grad students, perfectionists, creatives, activists, all welcome! I invite curiosity into cultivating moments of connection, joy, and acceptance amidst chaos and uncertainty.
