I have years of experience helping people manage transitions and experience victory over past traumatic experiences. I advocate for and help guide clients to rediscover their personal resilience and internal resources to overcome difficult circumstances and issues (trauma, depression and anxiety). I am a calm, compassionate listener who enjoys celebrating your growth and helping you to embrace new meaning in your life with joy and courage.

I have years of experience helping people manage transitions and gain victory over the past in order to rediscover their unique strengths, gifts & dreams.
Having served in various Christian healing contexts for over 17 years, I have had many opportunities to help people get through a crisis and find new meaning. As a spiritual director, I have enjoyed journeying with people, helping them rediscover meaning in their lives. During those years, I have helped many people reclaim their core calling & life purpose.

Pastors' and Therapists' Support/Consultatio Group
We are a group of Pastors and Therapists who gather on the first Tuesday of every month from 10:30am-noon. We gather to support one another through the challenges of our various ministries and outreaches. We offer mutual support so we can be the best co-journeyers we can be for each other and for our clients/congregants. This is a completely confidential context.
