I treat all struggles from a mind-body connection - that what we believe influences our bodies, and our bodies affect how we think and feel.
I utilize several evidence-based therapeutic techniques: EMDR, hypnotherapy, guided visualization, and Lifespan Integration. I also bring a strong somatic focus to my work, with an extensive background in licensed massage therapy. Together you and I will decide on what treatment approaches best serve your style and needs.
