My roots as a therapist and healer have seeded over the past thirty-five years, bringing substance and depth to my one-on-one sessions with couples and individuals. During this time, I have maintained a private practice, which has always consisted of process-oriented consciousness work -- a means by which to enter safely and deeply into the inner landscape of the psyche for positive and real world change. My results-oriented approach to psychology is derived from the commitment to a conscious process and the intrapsychic relationship one can access when choosing to turn toward--and look at--oneself.
My approach with clients is largely intrapsychic, in that attention is first placed within the client's mind and psyche before seeking resolve from the outside world. Through this process of self-reflection, clients learn to become aware of their own psychical material as it arises in the dynamics between themselves and others.
This intrapsychic process is a method for reclaiming the projections of our unresolved history. Identifying and releasing the resulting thoughtforms is paramount if we are to live freely within ourselves and happily beside others. In this way, we learn to build strong relationships with the world and people around us, and more significantly, with ourselves.
