As a somatic and trauma-informed therapist, I take a collaborative, body-centered approach to therapy, with training in evidence-based methods like Somatic Experiencing (SE) and parts work to reconnect you to yourself. My approach is compassionate, inclusive, and LGBTQIA-affirmative. I also welcome clients integrating non-ordinary states of consciousness.
In our sessions, we’ll focus on understanding your experiences, challenging unhelpful patterns, and opening up space for new possibilities.
