I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and a certified Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP). I believe that healing is a journey that already lives within each of us. Therapy, to me, is a collaborative process—one where the therapist walks alongside the client, offering guidance, support, and tools as they discover their own path toward wholeness. SE is a gentle, powerful approach developed by Dr. Peter Levine that helps the nervous system renegotiate trauma rather than relive it. It supports people of all ages.
I am also trained in iRest Yoga Nidra, a deeply restorative practice developed by Dr. Richard Miller. iRest can be especially helpful for PTSD, anxiety, chronic pain, and stress, offering a pathway to deep relaxation and inner steadiness.
I work with adults and couples, drawing from a range of therapeutic modalities to meet each person where they are.
