Rachel uses Somatic Experiencing(SE), TST, SRR, and co-regulatory tough which are modalities that help the physiology of the nervous system return to more regulated state, especially as it relates to complex or developmental trauma. Julie is well-versed in CBT, DBT, Gottman level 1/2, and is person centered.
