Hi, I'm Gavrila. I offer a therapy space intended for focused transformation. You are more than your words and your stories. My specialty is somatic (body-based) psychotherapy rooted in mindfulness, relational healing, and process. For both individuals and couples, we'll cultivate awareness, safety, and the capacity to bring lived experience alive in the present moment. For couples, we'll also tend to the space between - the patterns and longings asking to be understood.
