My passions lie in empowering people to recognize their inherent worthiness for healing. My approach emphasizes the importance of viewing each person as a whole, considering both the seen and unseen worlds they exist in. Integrating mindfulness and somatic skills, I offer experiential methods that promote whole-body healing.
