Maybe you're in the middle of a shift you didn't quite sign up for. Maybe something has just cracked wide open. Perhaps it's a loss, a transition, an experience you haven't been able to fully process or integrate. And now you're here! And you're trying to figure out what it means and who you are on the other side of it. Or maybe there's just been this quiet pull, for longer than you can remember, toward something more aligned. More YOU. Using art therapy, somatic work, IFS, and mindfulness, we find the way back to the highest self and the deepest truth - a "feeling" on this realm, and a "knowing" on the soul level. Let's get to it!
I work with seekers: creatively alive (even if it feels dormant) and spiritually curious folks ready to do real inner work. We'll draw upon art therapy, somatic work, parts work (IFS), mindfulness and visualization, depending on what the moment calls for. I also offer psychedelic integration for those making meaning of profound experiences.
I am committed to providing a truly safe space where you can be yourself in all of the glorious madness and cosmic humor of what it is to be human. There may be tears, and there will definitely be laughter, but there is no right or wrong in how you show up here. I welcome the messiness of self work! It's what makes the ride worthwhile and bitter turn sweet.
