Ms. Crystal N. Ford is the founder and owner of Solutions Life Coaching (SLC). Through life experiences, Ms. Ford's expertise and focus is on depression, eating disorders, conduct disorders, woman' s issues, adjustment disorder, life coaching, family counseling, individual counseling, parenting skills, life planning, and PTSD.
A disabled veteran who served her country honorably in the United States Air Force. Ms. Ford has been on both sides of the counseling arena, as a patient, she dealt with bereavement, depression and PTSD.
