Hi, my name is Kim Sanders and I am totally passionate about assisting others towards living a balanced healthy whole-person life; physically, mentally, spiritually, relationally, emotionally, and behaviorally. Walking into an office (living room setting) with a complete stranger to share your deepest struggles and pain can be very difficult. My goal is to help clients feel comfortable and safe during therapy sessions, especially during their first session. I believe the wisest people are those who realize when they need help and have the courage to make it to that first appointment.
