I believe therapy can be many things, and I center the relationship. For some of us who have had to live without the support of others, being supported can be scary. Might I even say, terrifying? Together we will hold space for the uncertain, the mystical, the magical, the boring life tasks, and honor your growth in this very confusing world we live in.
I work with many different populations. I am genderqueer, white, neurodivergent, and live in a body with chronic pain. I value your lived experience and intuition. Some modalities I lean on are AEDP, attachment lenses, somatics, and relational approaches.
